Most importantly, the quick-adjust clasp allows for on-the-fly adjustment with six slots for the wearer to choose the ultimate comfort, even if that goal changes throughout the year or even the day.  Simply unlatch the mechanism, slide to your desired location, and securely lock it back into place.  No tools necessary.
